The Branch Student Ministry (6th-12th grade) exists to to teach students how to love God, love people, and make disciples. We do this by sharing a meal, studying God's Word, engaging in worship, and praying with peers and shepherds. We meet every Sunday from 12:15pm-2:30pm in the Live for More Center at Wells Branch Community Church. Come and experience authentic community where you can be known and loved!

What kinds of events are there for the students?
We have several opportunities throughout the year for students to connect, grow, and serve. Check out our event schedule below for more information & associated costs per student.
Branch Family Camping Trip | October 27-28 | COST TBD
Students are invited to the Branch Family Camping Trip - we'll have our own area for tents near Branch Kids.
Halloween Party | October 31 | FREE
Come hang out, play games, and have fun on Halloween! Costumes are welcome but not required.
Friendsgiving | November 19 | FREE
Enjoy a potluck lunch during our normal student group time Sunday after second service in the Live for More Center!
Winter Retreat | January 12-14 | $200
Students will experience disconnecting from the noise of the world and connecting with God and one another and have many opportunities to create and deepen meaningful friendships centered on pursuing God together. They will encounter God through powerful times of worship through music, personal life reflection, teaching, small groups, and more.
Galentine's Sleepover | February 16-17 | FREE
Our girls' leaders are hosting a Galentine's sleepover the weekend after Valentine's Day. No boys allowed!
Senior Banquet | May 10 | FREE
Students and families of high school seniors are invited to join us to celebrate our senior students' graduation.
Go Karting | May 26 | FREE
Students celebrate the end of the school year with lunch and go karting.
Concert of Prayer | June 2| FREE
As a church, we will join together in prayer over our summer of evangelism, including our student boot camp and our student leading Vacation Bible School (VBS) and Back Yard Bible Club (BYBC).
Boot Camp | June 3-6 | $150
Boot Camp is a life-changing, week-long experience where 6th to 12th-grade students are trained to lead VBS & BYBC. Students are placed in teams and then immersed in gospel training. Students are also trained in team dynamics, ministering to children, and teaching and presenting the Gospel.
VBs & BYBC | June 17-21| FREE
Students will help lead, present the gospel, and minister to children in Wells Branch and the greater Austin area through VBS during the day and BYBC in the evenings.
Summerfest | June 21| FREE
Students serve and celebrate at our end-of-VBS/BYBC carnival!
Six Flags | July 27| FREE
Students take a trip to Six Flags in San Antonio for the day to celebrate the end of a busy summer. Students can bring money for their food for the day or register and pay $30 to cover their food.
Concert of Praise | July 28| FREE
As a church, we will gather to celebrate the work God has done through our summer of evangelism, including student testimonies from VBS & BYBC!
